• Account / access credentials. If the Service requires a login, we process the credentials you use to access it.
• Technical data. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security and reliability.

We do not intentionally collect special-category personal data, and you should not enter personal data into the assignment fields beyond what is necessary for the document.

To generate documents, the Service sends the content you submit to third-party providers that perform AI text generation and research:

Your submitted content is transmitted to these providers so they can return the generated text. We do not control how these providers handle data under their own terms, and your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of their processing. We also rely on infrastructure and email-delivery providers (for hosting and, where you request it, sending your document) that process data on our behalf.

Because of this, do not submit confidential, classified, or personally sensitive information into the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain submitted content only as long as needed to generate and deliver your document and to operate the Service, after which it is deleted or de-identified in line with our operational practices. Third-party providers retain data according to their own policies.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including transmission over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
