The Service generates draft Terms of Reference documents using automated and AI-assisted processing based on the assignment details you provide. Output is produced with the assistance of third-party AI providers and is intended as a drafting aid.

3. No Professional or Legal Advice

The documents produced by the Service are automatically generated drafts. They are not legal, procurement, financial, or professional advice, and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and approving any output before relying on or using it, including ensuring compliance with applicable institutional, donor, and procurement requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• submit content you are not authorized to share, or that is confidential, classified, or sensitive personal data;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the documents you generate for your own legitimate purposes. The Service itself, including its software, design, and branding, remains the property of Fetchgate Limited and its licensors. You retain responsibility for the content you submit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria.
